Record your workouts on the Apple Watch and automatically sync them to Strava without the need for any additional app or phone during your training sessions.
During the workout, only your watch is required. Simply track your activity using the Workout app available on the Apple Watch. Upon reconnecting with your iPhone, the app seamlessly exports the new workout data to Strava in the background. You also have the option to disable automatic exporting and manually select which workouts to export.
- Choose between automatic or manual exporting of workouts to Strava (requires a free Strava account).
- Export GPS routes in GPX, TCX, or KML format for use in mapping software or iOS-compatible applications.
- Export any workout data visible in the Health app, including those from third-party tracking apps.
- Custom settings to designate outdoor cycling as eBike activities in Strava.
- Supports iOS 13 Dark mode.
- Requires access to Health data.
Exported data includes:
- Various types of workouts such as running, cycling, swimming, walking, rowing, elliptical training, HIIT, yoga, tennis, squash, soccer, strength training, steps, golf, backcountry skiing, downhill skiing, and snowboarding.
- GPS routes where available.
- Heart rates when available.
- Energy expended during exercise when available.
- Detailed pool swimming data: lap times, distance, pace, and heart rate.
- Export indoor workouts on treadmills or stationary bikes.
Note that only requested data is exported to Strava servers and that there may be variations in workout distance and duration between HealthKit and Strava due to Strava's corrections. For support or inquiries, contact via email at support@megy.net or visit http://support.megy.net.
